1. APPLICABILITY:

This Privacy Policy applies to all of the services offered by MadeitLand®  through various mobile applications including its ecommerce platforms, and services offered on third-party sites. This Privacy Policy doesn’t apply to services that have separate privacy policies that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.

This policy specifically applicable to the end customers, delivery partners, and to the vendors applying to list their services on MadeitLand® Applications including its ecommerce platforms.

2. THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO:
   1. The information practises of other companies, consultants or organisations that advertise our services;
   2. Services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites that may include MadeitLand services, be displayed to you in search results, or be linked from our web pages/ mobile application.
   3. Information practises of the Affiliating University or Organization recognizing your course, if any.  

3. COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION:

Details of information we collect as you access and or register to our website / mobile applications and or use our services through various electronic media including our websites, social media platforms, YouTube channels, and mobile applications are as follows: 

1. We collect information to provide better services to all our users — from figuring out basic stuff like which language you speak, or which YouTube videos you might like. When you register for any services and or create a registered account on MadeitLand® portals/ applications, you provide us with personal information that includes your name, phone number, email address, residential postal address, and payment information in order to identify, and execute a legally enforceable contract to provide you required services.
2. If you are an intended vendor or an intended delivery partner, then your phone number, email address, government photo identity card, address proof, bank details, recent passport size photograph, and relevant business licenses, insurance policy of the products and such other documents and data will be collected and stored on your registered account that can be updated by you from time to time. GST certificate copy/ PAN shall be mandatory for vendors to upload on the portal/ mobile applications wherever it is a requirement under the laws of the land. All such data and information shall be strictly used for its intended purposes to provide you a seamless smooth service experience.
3. Even if you do not register for any of our services, you might choose to provide us with information — like your name, phone number and an email address and postal address to receive updates about our services and newsletters.
4. All content, photo, catalogue, descriptions, feedback that you create, upload, or receive from others using your user account(s) on MadeitLand® portals and or applications, shall become property of MadeitLand® are the same can be used by MadeitLand® and its registered vendors for listing of their products.
5. We collect information about the apps, browsers, and devices you use to access various MadeitLand® Platforms which help us provide features like automatic mobile applications / ecommerce platform updates. Device details we collect to provide verified access to our service portals. 
6. The information we collect includes unique identifiers, browser type and settings, device type and settings, operating system, mobile network information including carrier name and phone number, and application version number. We also collect information about the interaction of your apps, browsers, and devices with our services, including IP address, crash reports, system activities with date and time.
7. We Collect information once you install an application from the Play Store or when a service checks for automatic updates. Your device periodically contacts our servers to provide information about your device and connection to our services. This information includes things like your device type, carrier name, crash reports, and which applications you have installed.

4. USE OF DATA COLLECTED:

Your data is shared with third party service providers, logistics partners, associates and independent contractors after signing proper non-disclosure agreements, only for the purpose of providing you with complete service experience. 

5. USER ACCOUNT:

You are required to keep your user account information secret and confidential. You are also encouraged to change the default password after obtaining access to your MadeitLand® user Accounts and thereafter change your password every 6 months. MadeitLand® may access your user account on your request to resolve any technical issues. 

6. COOKIES:

Cookies are used to solely provide you complete user experience on the website and or the mobile application. No cookies used to collect any personal information. 

7. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA:

We retain your Personal Data for a maximum period of 8 years for the purposes for which it was collected. The length of time to retain Personal Data depends on its use and being compliant with applicable laws, to establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights. Further, we may also delete your data prior to completion of the period of retention once the purpose of such collection remains fulfilled.

8. UPDATING THE PRIVACY POLICY:

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time and the old version of this Privacy Policy will also be made available for last 3 years on our website. You agree to abide by the updated privacy policies as it may be published from time to time on our mobile applications, websites and on ecommerce platforms. If you do not wish to abide by the updated Policy terms, then you are required to discontinue with the services.

9. GRIEVANCES:

All grievances from your side, would require to be registered at our helpdesk (https://madeitland.com/helpdesk/). Once you register a ticket, you can expect a response from us within 72 hrs. In case, you wish to provide clarification or remind us, you can view your ticket and write a reply and attach any supporting document as may be necessary.

In case, your issue is resolved, you may close the ticket.

 If your matter is urgent or if you wish to escalate your issue, you may write to us at support@madeitland.com  with your ticket number clearly provided in the email subject.

You Agree that all notices will be sent to you electronically through the application or to your registered e-mail address and such notices shall be legally binding on you. It shall not be required to send any notice or communication to your postal address.
